Novapath Employment Bank was born from a crisis we live with every day. Unemployment in Namibia — especially among our youth — is not just a number in a report. It is a graduate spending money she does not have on certified copies. It is a young man printing his CV for the hundredth time. It is taxi fare to town, week after week, to drop applications at gates and hear nothing back. Looking for work has become one of the most expensive things an unemployed person can do.
We built the Employment Bank to end that cycle. Here, you prepare your file once. We verify it once. And from that day it works for you every day — standing in front of the companies that are hiring, without another copy, another queue, another taxi. Your money should feed you while you wait for work, not fund the search for it.

Every category has its own shelf in the vault — graduate professionals, artisans and trades, skilled services, semi-skilled and general workers, and driver's licence holders.
Straight answers before you register.
Press Register, send us the automatic WhatsApp message, and we reply with the payment details for the N$100 once-off fee. Once your payment is confirmed, you receive your unique encrypted code. Enter it in the Candidate Portal, choose your category, upload your documents, and your file is deposited in the Bank.
The fee is once-off — never monthly, never renewed. It covers the verification of your certificates, the building of your professional file, and keeping the system running so companies can find you. It is not payment for a job: nobody can sell you a job, and we never will. Compare it to what searching normally costs — certified copies, printing and taxi fare every month.
We are honest about this: we do not promise anyone a job. What we promise is that your verified file stands permanently in front of subscribed, hiring companies — and that verified, complete files rank highest and get selected first. The hiring decision always belongs to the company.
Your ID, your CV, your qualifications or trade certificates, and your driver's licence if you have one — up to 5 files, maximum 25 MB each. Tip: scan documents with the free Google Drive scanner instead of photographing them; the files are smaller and clearer, and clear documents verify faster.
Your contact details stay locked until a subscribed company withdraws your file. At that moment they receive your phone number, email and documents, and they call you directly to shortlist and interview. Keep your phone on and answer unknown numbers — that call may be the one.
